Phase one
It has 1 kilometre of frontage on the Vía Panamá Norte where the two accesses to Porta Norte are located. It has the Mirador El Peñón viewpoint, Plaza Panamá, a pedestrian street and the Guayacanes Park.
This phase will have a lot of commerce due to the high flow of traffic on the Via Panama Norte and residences. The lots adjacent to the María Prieta River will have direct access and views of the virgin nature. We will have the Market Plaza Porta Norte Town Center. All lots are zoned High Density Residential-High Intensity Commercial (RM2-C2) and have a maximum height of Ground Floor + 5.

Phase two

There are lots zoned RM2C2 with maximum heights of Ground Floor + 5 and others with Special Residential (RE) of Ground Floor + 2.
