Diego Carreño: The Engineering of Phase One

Diego Carreño is the Construction Manager of Porta Norte. He is a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Structures from the Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia. He has more than 17 years of experience in civil project management and is responsible for the development of the infrastructure and urban planning of Ciudad Porta Norte.

In this fifth episode we discuss the construction of Phase One. We explain the challenges for the installation of each of the infrastructures included in the lots served in our Master Plan. We talk about the earthworks, the installation of the pluvial, sanitary and treatment plant, the burying of the electric, fiber optic and gas cables, and the installation of the trees, pavers and sidewalks.
